Ansylean and Raphel are quietly talking in the living room so not to be heard by their two daughters. ANSYLEAN: he's
going to pick one of them, its inevitable...maybe even both! RAPHEL: I know
that, and I believe both of them are ready for whatever awaits. ANSYLEAN: Are you
sure? I mean... Raven has skill, and
Saphire has incredible intelligence, but you need BOTH to make it! RAPHEL: That's
just it, you're underestimating their talents. Ansylean doesn't understand. RAPHEL: I
don't believe Meaglynn will choose Saphire; however, Raven is a lot smarter
and much more cunning then she lets
people know. ANSYLEAN: But we've
been with Raven all her life! I know
she's a very bright girl, but she almost needs to be a genius for where she'd
be going! The amount of stress on her
mind would be unbearable! You need to
have a perfect body AND mind!!! RAPHEL: ...and
that's exactly why she is a genius! You just don't see it... ANSYLEAN: And
amazingly, you can? RAPHEL: I
